Subject to the limitations set forth below, for a period of 24 months from the date of the signed proposal, Bell’s Painting Co. LLC, will repair cracking, peeling, blistering or chipping paint resulting from defective workmanship. If paint failure appears, we will supply labor and materials to correct the condition without cost. An exact color match cannot be assured, as environmental conditions will affect the color of all paints over time. Repairs under this warranty will be performed only on the specific areas where, cracking, peeling, blistering or chipping has occurred and only to the level of surface preparation in accordance with the original proposal.
This warranty excludes any incidental damages caused by or the result of a failure in the paint, by accident, abuse, normal wear and tear, water intrusion detection or elimination. Repairs to horizontal surfaces or any surface that, by virtue of its design permits moisture to collect. The appearance of: mildew, mold, or any other environmental conditions, surfaces include but are not limited to, decks, railings, stairs, and porches. Appearance of: nail pops or cracks caused by expansion and/or contraction resulting from, temperature change, settlement, shifting and or ground movement. The Warranty does not cover conditions including but not limited to, fading, chalking, flashing, and lapping.
This warranty is the only expressed warranty made by Bell’s Painting Co. LLC and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. This warranty covers only those services provided to the original purchaser named on the proposal. In no event shall Bell’s Painting Co, LLC be liable for incidental or consequential damages or damages in excess of the original contract price.
